Rachael joined the Poole Braun Team in November 2016 while attending George Mason University, she graduated in 2017 with a degree in Accounting. Rachael primarily works in the office handling day-to-day business for the team. In 2020 she acquired her Virginia Real Estate license.

 

Rachael has also been coaching for the Mount Vernon High School Crew (Rowing Team) since 2013. She rowed all four years of high school and started coaching for the team while in college. Rachael loves being able to still be involved with the sport and team.
